The Executive Centre to open Singapore Land Tower workspace in January 2024

The latest centre follows a series of 4 openings TEC has already carried out across Southeast Asia this year: one in Singapore’s Capital Square as well as one each in Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City and Manila. Collectively, TEC has included nearly 1,200 workstations throughout these key Southeast Asian markets in 2023, representing a 33% rise in workstation growth.

She adds that the new hub is viewing “robust demand”, in line with the solid tenancy rate at TEC’s other facilities in the city. Since September, TEC’s common tenancy price in Singapore remained at 95%.
