Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

The new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and about 1km starting with Curtin University. Placed for convenience, it is a quick travel from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD through Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The location even uses nearness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.

Coliwoo plans to open up added co-living properties in various locations next year, consisting of River Valley Road, Rangoon Roadway, Balestier Road, Lavender Avenue and Arab Avenue.

The Pasir Panjang Road property extends 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the group acquired the building uninhabited.

The spaces on the Pasir Panjang property are designed with nautical themes, including light grey colors and lively aquatic blue color choice to mirror the beach connections of the place. All rooms are self-supporting studio units with support services, consisting of a self-service mobile app, an onsite concierge and housekeeping.

Coliwoo has opened its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey facility at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand, a co-living branch within the realty administration services team LHN Group, revealed in its announcement last September that it had actually gotten the Pasir Panjang property for $30 million.

Chong Ching Yeng, chief business officer of Coliwoo, states that the label is thrilled to increase its co-living portfolio throughout the metro edge following the opening of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Keeping in mind the demand among students and functioning professionals for lasting yet versatile stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts ease and convenience free from compromising on quality, specifically through its top location in the center of Pasir Panjang.”
