SLA awards tenders for Dempsey Road properties to Power Moves and Florte Design
Curio Home Accents submitted the optimum rate bid of $40,000 pm. Other bidders include Lotusonwater Feng Shui ($21,700 pm), Maywell Lifestyles ($13,244 pm), V-Zug Singapore ($12,500 pm), Elliott’s Antiques ($12,000 pm), Estudio Technologies ($10,800 pm) and Petizen ($5,000 pm).
SLA awarded a different tender for 13 Dempsey Roadway (# 01-01, # 01-02 and # 01-06) to Florte Design. The firm operates domestic floral shop The Florté. It surpassed 7 various other tender proposals for the property, which is accepted for artistic way of living uses.

Power Moves gained the tender for 13 Dempsey Road (# 01-05 and # 01-07) and 13A Dempsey Street. The properties, which are approved for health and fitness purpose, take up a land area of 9,657 sq ft and have a mixed estimated gross floor area (GFA) of 8,783 sq ft.
The units at 13 Dempsey Roadway take up an estimated acreage of 5,423 sq ft and have a GFA of around 4,905 sq ft.
