SLA pointed out Bethesda’s strong emphasis on neighborhood building and connecting people with businesses as what gave its strategy the winning edge. The first level will include 10 F&B offerings, while the 2nd level will certainly house a gym by Limitless, a wellness center in partnership with Shiruki Studio, and a co-working room. Habyt’s Kada at Maxwell is on the third floor.

Habyt has recently released a brand-new accomodation space at 5 Kadayanallur Street in Tanjong Pagar. The 18-room Kada at Maxwell is the front runner place for the operator’s Habyt Flex design, which represents a strategic expanding of the company’s product offerings past extensive co-living.

Kada at Maxwell are going to supply a range of spaces, involving en suite studios and two- to three-bedroom units. Each unit has a completely set up kitchen space. Visitors can book rooms on a nightly or weekly basis, with a 12-month option even readily available.

The adaptable home lies within a preserved 1920s colonial building. The three-storey structure, designed by the architectural business Swan & Maclaren, was one of the earliest modernist buildings in Singapore. It was developed to house the St Andrew’s Mission Hospital for Women and Children.

Locals of Kada at Maxwell will enjoy unlimited and courtesy access to the property’s health and wellness amenities, such as the performance fitness center, cold plunge, infrared saunas, jacuzzis and foot baths.

Wong says Habyt Kada at Maxwell speaks for the company’s commitment to redefining flexible living in Singapore and notes its shift towards the next step of evolution for Habyt Asia Pacific. Room rates at Kada at Maxwell will begin at $180 per night.
