” Signing up with Elevate at this period in its development is a great chance to assist scale a business with strong energy and a certain vision,” says Couse. “I eagerly anticipate teaming up with Ashish and the team to grow our financier base, grow our profile, and create long-term value.”

Manchharam even started his career at JLL. He put in beyond 12 years at the company, where he paid attention to financial investment deals and capital markets across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the larger region. In 2014, he departed JLL and consequently started real estate investment company 8M Real Estate. In 2023, Manchharam left 8M Real Estate, selling his share in the business to Hong Kong-based Crane Capital for an undisclosed amount.
