Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
Located throughout a mixed-use project, the 96-room hotel consists of an all-day dining restaurant with a bar, and around 10,000 sq ft of meeting and activity space. The real property is adjacent to Grade An office spaces and retail shops, with ease of access to major downtown over the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long freeway circling around Hyderabad.
Hilton Garden Inn is the business’s upscale company that gives inexpensive lodgings with elevated amenities. The brand has around 40 trading accommodations in Apac.
The resort is South Korea’s second Hilton Garden Inn, with the very first being a 208-key business in Gangnam, Seoul, that opened in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to contribute to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
International reception giant Hilton has already revealed the signings of 2 new Hilton Garden Inn properties across Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– which will both launch in 2028.
In India, the firm has partnered with Fairmont Group, a real estate company based in the city, to introduce Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the company’s initial hotel and resort in Hyderabad.
Noh Dae Hyun, director of MS&C Co, mentions, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural environments and local infrastructure, we intend to produce a distinguished destination that integrates hospitality, wellness and non commercial experiences.”
The 111-key lodging is going to be element of a larger mixed-use project, and is well-positioned to gain from Busan’s expanding profile as a recreational, health and medical tourism center, claims Hilton. The city is targetting to invite 100,000 foreign clinical guests every year by 2030.
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will feature a all-day eating establishment, coffee shop and lounge, health and fitness facility, swimming pool, spa and sauna centers. It is near nearby attractions such as Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton confirmed a franchise arrangement with South Korean F&B producing firm MS&C Co, to release Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s 3rd Hilton lodging, after the just recently started 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter will most likely feature 304 guestrooms and suites.
